Onyx is a fast-growing sales organization operating across the United States. We partner with 20 fiber-optic internet providers nationwide — our job is to help homeowners upgrade to faster, more dependable internet, and build a team of high-performers in the process.

What makes Onyx different is how we operate. We prioritize blitzes — focused 3-week campaigns in fresh markets across the country where the leads are fresher, competition is minimal, and the earning potential is at its peak. We hit it hard, take a short break, and do it again. For reps who prefer to stay in one market, we have that too.

The Blitz Model

Every 3-4 weeks, we travel to a new market — a city or region where fiber is brand new, homeowners are eager, and we're often the first ones knocking. After the blitz, we take 1 to 1.5 weeks off to reset (or vacation) before the next one. Rinse and repeat through August 31st. We then will assess leadership capabilities, promote from within, and subsequently cultivate top-performers into managers who can take over any team.

It's a format built for high output. You're in a fresh market every few weeks, with a team around you and hands-on coaching throughout. For someone who wants to make real money this summer — and maybe see some of the country doing it — this is hard to beat.

We also have a limited number of local New York spots for reps who prefer to work closer to home. Both paths are similar opportunities — the blitz model just tends to be especially strong early on, when the hands-on environment and fresh markets accelerate your growth fastest.

Compensation & Perks

• Elite Earning Potential: Performance-based pay with uncapped commission — the more you sell, the more you earn — no limits. Our reps average $1,000–$8,000 per week.
• Top Commission Rates: We offer one of the most competitive (highest) commission plans in the fiber industry. You'll earn a fixed amount on each sale, and that amount will grow based on your production. No waiting months for a promotion to come.
• Bonuses & Incentives: Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses on top of commission — plus competitions for cash, gift cards, gear, trips, and more. We build an environment where there's always something to chase, and always a reason to have a big day.
• Partnership Bonuses — Up to $600 Per Sale, On Top of Fiber Commission: After signing up a fiber customer, you have the option to schedule a quick follow-up call with one of our partners. That's it — one to two minutes of your time. Our partners (including AT&T, Verizon, and Vivint Home Security) close the deal on their end, and you collect a bonus. No extra selling, no extra work. The best reps treat this as a second paycheck layered on top of every fiber sale.
• Travel Coverage: Onyx Redline handles travel logistics upfront. Top performers on each blitz can earn fully covered expenses through our incentive structure.
• Flexible Schedule: Evenings and weekends are prime time, but you manage your own hours. If you're in school or have commitments, you can build around them — most of our reps do.
• Paid Training & Field Mentorship: Zero experience needed. Earn while you learn. We train you from scratch and coach you in the field, not just in a meeting room. You won't be thrown out there alone.
• A Real Path to Leadership: By August 31st, we're aiming to have 3–5 new leaders built from within thisteam. If you put in the work and want to grow, we'll push you as far as you want to go. We're in the trenches with you.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Knocking doors in residential neighborhoods, pitching fiber optic internet to homeowners using a proven process we'll teach you.
• Explaining why fiber is faster, cheaper, and more reliable than what most people have in plain & simple terms
• Closing sales on the door, generating referrals, and building a presence in each market we enter.
• Representing Onyx Redline and our fiber partners professionally in every interaction. You're the face of the brand at every door.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need a sales background. You don't need to be a tech person. Here's what actually matters:

• You're hungry. You want to earn real money, not just clock hours. You'll use every resource we give you because you actually want to win.
• You're a people person. You can hold a conversation, build rapport fast, and stay likable under pressure. If you genuinely enjoy talking to strangers, you'll be good at this.
• You bounce back. Doors get slammed. You shake it off and knock the next one with the same energy. We call it Goldfish Mentality — forget the last door, focus on the next one.
• You pick things up quickly. We'll teach you everything. You just need to absorb it and apply it. The product is simple — cheaper, faster internet. Don't overthink it.
• You're open to travel — or at least not opposed to it. This role is built around movement. If you've ever wanted to get out of your city, make money doing it, and come back with real skills and real savings, this is the right spot.

Basic requirements: Valid driver's license, Ability to work in US. No experience required — coachability and work ethic matter far more than a resume.
