Position Overview – Vice President of Growth
As the Vice President of Growth at OnYob, you will lead the company’s expansion strategy, driving revenue growth and market penetration across the United States, while supporting client acquisition efforts in Canada and Mexico.
This role will play a critical part in the implementation and scaling of our new platform, ensuring operational excellence and accelerating business development initiatives. You will work cross-functionally to identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and execute high-impact growth strategies.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Austin, Texas.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to expand OnYob’s presence across all U.S. states
• Support the implementation and adoption of the company’s new platform to enhance scalability and client experience
• Drive new business development initiatives, focusing on client acquisition in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
• Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales and growth teams
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
• Collaborate with marketing to design and execute high-impact international campaigns
• Establish KPIs, track performance, and optimize growth strategies based on data insights
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or growth leadership roles, preferably within recruitment or staffing i
ndustries• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and scaling teams
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute successful growth and expansion strategies
• Solid understanding of marketing strategies, especially in international or multi-market environments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
