Deal Desk Analyst

Role: Deal Desk Analyst 

Visa: Green Card and Citizen only 

Pay Rate : $42/hr on w2 (Inclusive All) 

Location: Lehi,Utah 

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead contract creation and deal approval processes.

·       Partner with cross-functional teams: Sales, Finance, Legal, Licensing, Credit, Order Management, and Revenue Assurance.

·       Work directly with customers during deal structuring and negotiation.

·       Draft and analyze binding sales agreements.

·       Structure multi-element contracts (subscriptions, licenses, services, support).

·       Prepare detailed proposals and articulate deal value consistently.

·       Provide forecasting updates to FP&A and executive sales management.

·       Ensure compliance with pricing policies and financial guidelines.

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

·       Experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk.

·       Strong financial analysis skills business partnering with sales.

·       Advanced Excel skills (modeling, scenario analysis).

·       Contract review & drafting experience.

·       Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work independently.
