Location:
Multiple offices; priority for this role: New York metropolitan area, DC, San Francisco / Silicon Valley, Seattle.
The Opportunity / Title:
Associate – M&A (Corporate Transactions)
What You Will Be Doing:
- Support the execution of mergers & acquisitions for clients in the life sciences and technology sectors.
- Engage in diligence, document drafting, transaction coordination, and other substantive deal work.
- Work at the elbow with firm MD's on high stakes M&A mostly in the public sector.
- Select and work on matters that align with your interests in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
- Build internal and client relationships to deepen your transaction experience and career growth.
What You’re Looking For:
- Associate (class ~2021) with life sciences and/or technology transactional experience.
- Proven deal sheet with meaningful involvement (not just volume of deals, but depth of participation).
- Excellent academic credentials (top 10 law school) and a high‑performing background in a law firm or equivalent setting.
- Self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable shaping your own workload and collaborating broadly across teams.
- Eligible for bar admission in the jurisdiction of your office (or eligible to waive‑in) and willing to relocate if needed.
