Role Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager (Manufacturing) having 10 years of managing projects, specifically in manufacturing industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand scope of project, prepare WBS, prepare schedule
- Coordination within different departments like production, engineering, quality etc.
- Conduct recurring meetings with all stakeholders to get updates on status
- Responsible for quality and velocity of project
- Project documentation
- Project plan and tracker
- Risk identification and mitigation plan
- Root cause analysis document wherever applicable
- APQP and PPAP documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or production engineering.
- 12-15 years of experience in Project Management in Mfg. Industry.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of casting processes (e.g., sand casting) and machining operations would be added advantage.
- Experience in Project Management Tools (e.g. MS Project) would be added advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
