Senior Marketing Specialist [84282]

We're seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that support organizational objectives and business growth. This role partners closely with digital marketing teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to develop marketing strategies, execute campaigns, and measure performance across multiple channels. Senior Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, and promotional channels.
• Manage complex cross-functional projects from concept through launch.
• Analyze audience insights, market research, campaign performance, and business needs to guide strategy.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted marketing advisor.
• Develop customer journeys, nurture programs, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Manage campaign execution through marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Continuously optimize campaigns using data, testing, and performance reporting.
• Build and execute integrated email marketing programs focused on brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Create customer journeys, nurture programs, and automated workflows.
• Manage audience segmentation, personalization, lead scoring, lifecycle programs, and data quality initiatives.
• Develop personalized email experiences using dynamic content and audience insights.
• Execute A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance standards.

Senior Marketing Specialist Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Liberal Arts, or a related field with 5 years of professional marketing experience; OR
• Master's degree in a related field with 3 years of professional marketing experience.
• Strong digital marketing, project management, and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
