A leading high-technology company specializing in defense, homeland security, commercial aviation, and medical instrumentation is hiring for an Electronics Technician II position. This temp role involves supporting development activities related to designing, testing, troubleshooting, and assembling electronic and electro-mechanical systems. The position requires on-site work in the United States.

Electronics Technician II Responsibilities:

• Perform routine tasks to support engineering activities, including design, testing, modification, and assembly of electronic systems.
• Use schematics, layouts, and verbal instructions to conduct testing and troubleshoot development equipment.
• Conduct operational tests and fault isolation, ensuring systems meet design specifications.
• Diagnose malfunctions at the component level and perform repairs.
• Collect data through defined engineering tests using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes and signal generators.

Electronics Technician II Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Electronics, a short electronics certificate, or military training in electronics repair.
• Completion of training such as ESD, safety, and soldering within one year of employment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electronic devices, with experience in soldering preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and maintain quality standards.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and basic computer proficiency.
