Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team as a Manager, Entertainment Brand Solutions. This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to develop innovative multiplatform brand solutions, leveraging streaming, linear, social, digital, and custom content. Based in a flexible environment, you'll collaborate closely with key stakeholders to drive revenue and create impactful campaigns for our client.

Manager, Entertainment Brand Solutions Responsibilities:
- This is a brand solutions project management role supporting Advertising Sales. The manager creates and sells through strategic sponsorship/brand integrations (proactive RFP-driven), then runs execution/activation once a deal is sold.
- Develop multiplatform brand solutions across streaming, linear, social, digital, and custom integrated content.
- Lead idea generation/brainstorms and turn concepts into client-facing pitch decks (RFP responses proactive pitches).
- Align and get approvals across many stakeholders (e.g., management, legal, standards/PR, business affairs, studios/producers).
- Partner with research/insights to include the right data and audience/market support in materials.
- Pitch concepts in client meetings as needed and help facilitate deal negotiations.
- After sell-through: own activation/project management end-to-end: Timelines, kickoff calls, approvals, production planning, shoots/on-set management, post-production, launch QA documentation (agreements, budgets, billing, recaps, research)
- Building decks packaging sponsorship opportunities
- Herding approvals in a matrixed org
- Running campaign/content production logistics and keeping launches on track across platforms
Manager, Entertainment Brand Solutions Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of experience in television, digital marketing, sponsorship, or branded entertainment within a media or entertainment environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with capability to craft compelling presentations.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and project management expertise.
- Proficiency in digital/social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), and tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Docs/Sheets, Airtable, and deck creation software.
