Role Description
Onward Reserve stores are the heartbeat and soul of the authentic brand connection for our customers and communities! The complete store experience from sales to the energy of the store and the people working in it are vital to the success of the brand, and help create the easy-going environment that TJ, our founder, wanted for an elevated yet casual shopping experience. All our stores have their own personality and unique point of view based on location, décor, and product.
Control Your Own Destiny:
Our ideal candidate for this special position is positive, willing to go the extra mile, ready to travel for extended periods of time, and digging in wherever and whenever they can! By taking a servant leadership approach to the role, with no job being too small or too big, these are the key priorities for the position:
- Assisting in/Supporting a Store for days and/or weeks and/or months with whatever is needed
- Growing Sales for that market & Meeting/Exceeding Sales Goals for the store
- Merchandising and Maintenance of the appearance of the store and store experience
- Training the Team of that Store & supporting them in any way needed
- Recruiting & Helping Hire Store Manager and/or other key store team members if needed
Once the store is in great shape with Sales & Leadership- We will move you to the next market and location! These could be new or existing stores.
Whatever It Takes:
- Love of Retail & In-store Experience Preferred
- 80% - 90% Travel and Temporary relocation to market of most need
- Outgoing & Put Together!
- Servant Leadership Attitude and “Whatever It Takes” approach to supporting the stores
- Merchandising Skills & Creative Display Experience
- Holidays, Nights, and Weekends availability to support the needs of the store and business
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Field preferred
- Temporary Housing & Travel Expenses provided
