Travel RN Home Health jobs in Ventura, CA offer 13-week assignments with full-time Monday through Friday 8-hour day shifts. You must have a current California RN license and home health experience.
Your responsibilities include providing care to patients in their homes, performing wound care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients and families. You will visit 6 patients per day, 30 per week, and document care using WellSky EMR. Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS rate.
