Speech Language Pathologist

Onward Education is a specialized education staffing and talent solutions company that connects educators, therapists, and school health professionals with opportunities in schools nationwide. We are currently seeking several part-time Speech-Language Pathologists in the Boulder County, CO area to support students with speech, language, and communication needs.

In this role, you will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to students of all ages, working closely with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure that individualized goals are met. Position Details:

• Location: In-person in Boulder County, CO (no hybrid or remote options available)
• Guaranteed Hours: Between 24-32 hours weekly
• Grade Levels: Various, K-12
• Start Date: August 2026
• End Date: May 2027
  

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students referred for services
• Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals related to speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with IDEA requirements
Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications:

• Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist License from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA
• School Speech Language Pathology endorsement via the Colorado Department of Education
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
