We’re currently partnering with a school district in Maricopa County, Arizona to hire a full-time, school-based Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2026–2027 school year. This role supports students across a K–12 setting and offers a collaborative, student-centered environment.
Position Details
- Location: Onsite | Maricopa County, AZ
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday
- School Year: 2026–2027
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Support fine motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, and functional life skills development
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License
- NBCOT Certification (Required)
- School-based and/or pediatric experience preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
