Essential Functions:

• Assist in the implementation and administration of HR programs and policies.
• Develop and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely communication to employees.
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
• Assist with performance management and employee relations.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify retention strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to propose process improvements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Thorough knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.

Credentials and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar HR role.

Physical Requirements:

• Walking short distances.
• Bending, stooping, twisting.
• Handling/grasping documents or office equipment.
• Sitting and/or standing for short or extended periods of time.
• Clear speaking and adequate hearing sufficient to communicate effectively and respond appropriately in-person and/or on the telephone.
• Vision sufficient to read source materials and computer screen data.
• Repetitive motions for computer equipment use.
• Requires exertion of force of 25 pounds occasionally, 10 pounds frequently, and/or 5 pounds continuously to lift/carry/move objects, files and documents.
• Work is performed primarily in an office environment using standard office equipment.
