Summary
The Strategist supports Onvida Health's mission by leading and executing strategic initiatives that strengthen our organization and the communities we serve. This role partners with leaders across the organization to assess opportunities, identify risks, and develop actionable plans that drive meaningful outcomes. The Strategist translates complex data and market insights into clear recommendations, enabling leadership to make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
Lead organizational strategy projects and drive execution of deliverables aligned with long-term and short-term goals. Manage organizational strategic tactics from start to finish, collaborating with executive leadership on budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics
Conduct market research and monitor competitive activity to inform strategic positioning and identify growth opportunities. Develop strategic roadmaps and actionable recommendations in collaboration with internal and external partners
Translate complex information into clear, structured insights that support timely decision-making. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports to senior leadership
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating communication across teams
Support the organizational integrated planning process, including assessing competitive landscapes and identifying risks. Establish value propositions that connect strategic, financial, and operational outcomes to organizational improvement
Maintain organized dashboards and reports to track project progress and results. Coordinate initiative budgets and contracts, actively monitoring performance
Other duties as assigned.
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Three (3) or more years of related experience
Proven analytical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving
Ability to align objectives to organizational goals and meet deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills with executive presence
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred
Master's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Healthcare strategy or business development experience
