What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Warehouse Packer position at OnTrack Staffing?
OnTrack Staffing is hiring for entry level packaging positions in a climate-controlled warehouse in Haslet. Must be able and willing to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 35lbs. and be willing to work at a conveyor line putting parts into boxes, inspecting / cleaning of plastic totes to be reused to hold product and will be required to sweep and keep work areas clean.
To be successful in one of these positions, one should have good manual dexterity (previous work with small parts assembly is ideal), a great attitude and be dependable.
You cannot wear ANY jewelry, (including piercings and spacers), no fake eyelashes nor fake fingernails and no nail polish can be worn at this job. Cell phones can NOT be taken into the warehouse at any time for any reason.
Possible temp to hire for those with a great attitude, exceptional attendance and good performance.
You must be able to commit to the 3.5 days each week on the schedule / shift you choose to work:
Crew A: Day shift $15
Sunday to Tuesday - 6:00 am to 6:30 pm
Wednesday - 6:00 am to 12:30 pm
Crew B: Night Shift $16
Sunday to Tuesday - 6:00 pm to 6:30 am
Wednesday - 6:00 pm to 12:30 am
Crew C: Day Shift $15
Wednesday - 12:00 pm (NOON) to 6:30 pm
Thursday to Saturday - 6:00 am to 6:30 pm
Crew D: Night Shift $16
Come in on Wednesday night - 12:00 am (MIDNIGHT Thursday) to 6:30 am Thursday then come in Thursday to Saturday - 6:00 pm to 6:30 am
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
