Pay: $86,400 - $129,700 per year, depending on experience
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Hours subject to change based on the needs of the business.

Pay: $86,400 - $129,700 per year, depending on experience
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Hours subject to change based on the needs of the business.

- GED/Diploma required; college degree preferred
- Four years of experience in logistics and/or transportation or can be less if a college degree
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing people, 1 of which is in a similar industry
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and mathematical skills
- Effective communication skills including the ability to give honest, constructive feedback
- Manage and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, coaching, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing KPIs and optimizing business processes for safety, efficiency, and compliance.
- Lead daily labor planning and sort operations in coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Promote a strong safety culture with a focus on dock safety, lockout/tagout procedures, and overall compliance.
- Collaborate with Contracted Service Providers to monitor performance, resolve issues, and ensure service alignment.
- Maintain a strong on-floor presence to support operational readiness and team engagement.
