Pay: $32.00 - 38.00/ hr. (DOE)
Shift Availability
Tuesday to Saturday from 7:00am to 3:30pm (2 openings)
Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00pm to 7:30am
Thursday to Monday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm
Sunday to Wednesday from 11:00am to 9:00pm

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- 1 years related experience and/or training in mechanical and electrical equipment, or equivalent combination of both education and specific work experience.
- Welding experience is required
- Current Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ensure proper operation of conveyor systems, and material handling equipment to keep our operations running smoothly, responding in a timely manner to all material handling systems breakdowns
- Maintain and provide routine preventive maintenance to conveyor systems
- Change and repair parts of conveyor systems, rebuild and align equipment, gears, shafts, pulleys, and belts
- Use illustrated parts breakdown manuals and operational manuals in the repair, modification, and maintenance of equipment
- Perform housekeeping duties, including work area clean-up, conveyor and equipment clean-up, and other general housekeeping duties as assigned
- Daily Inspections of machinery for potential problems
- From time to time, you may be called in after hours to ensure our MHS (conveyor) systems are working at optimum capacity
- Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program
- Most of the work is performed independently, but from time to time you will need to tap the shoulder of another OnTrac maintenance member, we work as a team!
- Ability to learn and follow all safety regulations and job instructions to perform primary duties
- Knowledge of Material Handling Systems (MHS), industrial conveyor systems and controls, VFDs, PLC, Electronic motors (480V). Programming, GUI and or HMI experience is a big plus
- Knowledge of LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out), PM’s (Preventative Maintenance), and 3-Phase electrical work
- Ability to read and understand schematics and electrical blueprints
- Mechanical work experience
- Industrial electrical knowledge a PLUS
- Welding experience a plus
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate 24 hr. operations; occasionally work extended hours, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to lift 60 pounds on a routine basis
- Good time management skills and ability to work independently and as a team
