Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Strong experience with algorithm development, data engineering, or machine learning pipelines.
- Hands-on experience working with large, unstructured or semi-structured datasets.
- Familiarity with principles of ground truth creation, dataset versioning, and experimental reproducibility.
- Experience defining evaluation metrics and benchmarking workflows for algorithms or ML models.
- Proficiency in Python and common data/ML tooling.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work independently on ambiguous, foundational problems.
