Job Purpose
- Monitor and control costs and budgets.
- Support Management in identifying errors and implementing corrective actions to minimize deviations from standards and achieve organizational goals effectively.
- Improve the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results.
- Ensure financial integrity and compliance across U.S. operations while aligning with European corporate standards. Drive cost efficiency, accurate reporting, and proactive financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Period-end closing in SAP.
- Monthly cost closing.
- Preparation of monthly closing reports.
- Monthly forecasting.
- Annual budget preparation and monthly variance tracking.
- Evaluation and monitoring of obsolete products, raw materials, and spare parts.
- Inventory adjustments monitoring
- Production cost analysis and preparation of management support reports (including improvement proposals).
- Optimization and enhancement of analytical tools, including process automation.
- Analysis and monitoring of investment projects (CAPEX).
- Product cost estimation to support the Sales Department
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and group policies.
- Manage internal controls and SOX compliance.

- Experience in manufacturing industry
- Degree in Economics or Business Administration.
- Expertise in SAP R/3, SAP CO – Controlling, and Excel.

- Knowledge of U.S. regulatory environment and tax compliance.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to work in a global matrix organization.
