Position Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated, dependable, and compassionate individual to join our team! This is a dual-role position where you’ll be assisting veterinarians during exams, surgeries, and treatments, as well as helping at the front desk with client communications and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist veterinarians with exams, surgeries, diagnostics, and patient care
- Clean and prepare exam rooms and surgical areas
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments and manage daily workflows
- Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate records
- Help maintain a clean and organized hospital environment
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- No prior experience required, but experience in animal care, customer service, or reception is preferred
