Title: Electrical Project Expediter
Location: Milwaukee, WI (On-Site)
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an Electrical Project Expediter to assist with the coordination and execution of electrical assembly projects. This role involves reviewing electrical schematics, identifying material needs, resolving technical issues, and supporting the electrical engineering and assembly teams throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction or project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Review project electrical drawings ahead of project assembly to identify needed material and potential technical issues.
- Pass along material needs to appropriate coworkers to initiate purchasing and procurement.
- Assist with tracking material deliveries to ensure they make it to the correct location.
- Work with electrical engineering team to address potential technical issues.
- Regularly check in on projects during assembly and address any concerns that arise from assemblers.
- Facilitate rapid and accurate processing of change requests that occur during production.
- Assist Electrical Assembly Supervisor with day to day needs as they arise.
- Record drawing discrepancies and review them regularly with electrical engineering team

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to read a wide variety of electrical schematics
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between facilities
- 3 years’ experience in electrical construction, electrical project management, or a college degree in a related field
- Ability to work on your feet /- 70% of the day in a fast-paced environment and lift 50 lbs.
- Excellent people and communication skills required to drive coworkers from multiple departments toward common goals.
