The Business Intelligence Manager drives the creation and delivery of data-informed insights that empower strategic decision-making across the organization. This leadership role oversees the end-to-end development of reporting systems, dashboards, and BI tools—ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accessibility. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, IT, and Executive Leadership, the manager translates complex business requirements into impactful analytics solutions and prioritizes initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Gain deep insights into business operations to uncover pain points, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
- Design and deliver compelling dashboards, reports, and visual presentations that drive strategic decisions and inspire action.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop robust tools for tracking KPIs, Catalyst initiatives, and other key business objectives to promote accountability.
- Lead the rollout and communication of dashboards and data workflows to ensure stakeholder buy-in and support change management efforts.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify high-impact analytics use cases and recommend forward-thinking solutions.
- Coach and empower BI users to embrace self-service analytics, fostering a data-literate and insights-driven culture.
- Strategically prioritize and oversee analytics projects that support enterprise goals and performance benchmarks.
- Monitor emerging trends and actively contribute to the evolution of analytics standards, governance, and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics
- 10 years of experience using data and tools to solve complex analytical challenges
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure) preferred
