Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and patient-focused Pop-Up Clinic Event Coordinator to support our mobile clinic operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in ensuring smooth clinic experiences for both patients and staff.
This is a part-time position, with clinic locations varying throughout the Palm Beach territory.
Key Responsibilities
Transport clinic supplies and assist with daily clinic setup alongside onsite teams
- Coordinate with internal staff, partners, and onsite contacts to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Set up and break down clinic spaces each day
- Ensure all specimens are properly handled and delivered to FedEx at the end of the day
- Check in patients, verify insurance, and collect payments (copays, cosmetics, balances)
- Assist with scheduling appointments when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and HIPAA-compliant check-in area
Restock and manage inventory, including storing supplies at home when necessary
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mobile environment
- Ability to lift and transport supplies
- Reliable transportation required
Customer service or healthcare experience preferred
