Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and patient-focused Pop-Up Clinic Event Coordinator to support our mobile clinic operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in ensuring smooth clinic experiences for both patients and staff.
This is a part-time position, with clinic locations varying throughout the Palm Beach territory.
Key Responsibilities
Transport clinic supplies and assist with daily clinic setup alongside onsite teams
Coordinate with internal staff, partners, and onsite contacts to ensure smooth clinic operations
Set up and break down clinic spaces each day
Ensure all specimens are properly handled and delivered to FedEx at the end of the day
Check in patients, verify insurance, and collect payments (copays, cosmetics, balances)
Assist with scheduling appointments when needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and HIPAA-compliant check-in area
Restock and manage inventory, including storing supplies at home when necessary
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mobile environment
Ability to lift and transport supplies
Reliable transportation required
Customer service or healthcare experience preferred
