OnSpot Dermatology is a modern, growing dermatology practice that brings healthcare directly to patients through our state-of-the-art mobile medical clinics. We're looking for motivated, friendly people to join our team as Medical Assistants.

WHAT MAKES ONSPOT DIFFERENT?
We bring full-service dermatology care directly to communities and businesses throughout Southwest Florida using our custom-built, 45-foot mobile medical clinics.
Our team helps patients with everything from routine skin exams and biopsies to skin cancer surgery and cosmetic treatments. You'll have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced providers and team members while developing valuable clinical skills and gaining hands-on exposure to dermatology.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
No two days are exactly the same! As a Medical Assistant, you'll help keep our clinics running smoothly and make sure every patient feels comfortable and cared for.
• Welcome patients and prepare them for appointments
• Record medical histories and document information for providers
• Assist providers during patient visits and minor procedures
• Support skin cancer surgeries, including Mohs surgery, as trained and authorized
• Prepare, label, and process specimens for laboratory testing
• Help coordinate follow-up appointments and additional testing
• Keep exam rooms clean, organized, and ready for patients
• Create a positive patient experience through friendly, professional communication
• Pitch in wherever needed to help the team deliver excellent care

SCHEDULE & POSITION DETAILS
• Position: Full-time Medical Assistant
• Location: Fort Myers and surrounding Southwest Florida communities
• Schedule: Monday–Saturday, with shifts generally running from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Specific schedules may vary.
• Training: On-the-job training provided
This is a full-time position with a daytime schedule, and availability for the required workdays is important.
