What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and prepare them for exams
- Take medical histories and assist with documentation (scribe)
- Assist providers during procedures, excisions, and Mohs surgeries
- Prepare and handle specimens for lab processing
- Support patient flow, scheduling, and follow-up care
- Help ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and cared for
- Pitch in where needed as part of a collaborative team
What We’re Looking For
- Medical Assistant experience (dermatology or surgical experience is a plus—but we will train the right candidate)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Dependable, flexible, and motivated
- Experience with EMR systems is helpful (we’ll train you on EMA)
