What are the responsibilities and job description for the Precast Concrete Laborer position at Onsite Ready Mix?
Onsite Ready Mix Enid is seeking multiple responsible precast concrete laborers and are excited and looking forward to expanding our team.
Work Requirements:
- You will be in charge of creating concrete mix and pouring it into the molds.
- You will monitor the process, and when the cast is ready, you remove it from the mold to be cured and processed.
- Positions require you to install rebar to reinforce the concrete products, as well as welding.
- Other responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining your equipment and tools, moving concrete molds around the plant.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds on a routine basis
· Ability to sit, stand, kneel, crawl, bend, climb stairs and ladders, walk on uneven surfaces, reach, push, pull, use handheld tools, work overhead.
Pay
- Staring Pay $15.00 Hr.
**Pay based on experience**
Qualifications
- Proficient in concrete forming and finishing techniques
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
- Experience with rebar installation and hardscaping
- Knowledge of construction site practices and safety protocols
