Responsibilities: Machine Operator:
- Operate and monitor various machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CNC programming equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Set up machines according to specifications using blueprint reading, CAD drawings, and technical documentation.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent malfunctions and ensure safety compliance.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Adjust machine parameters using Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CAM programming, and CNC programming techniques.
- Handle materials safely within the warehouse environment, including materials handling with forklifts when necessary.
- Collaborate with assembly line teams for seamless production flow and packaging operations.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine settings, and quality checks.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly using hand tools and technical knowledge to minimize downtime.
- Support fabrication and tooling processes by assisting with welding, fabrication tasks, and assembly as needed.

Requirements: Machine Operator:
- Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, press brakes, or flexo presses within a factory setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with tooling, fabrication, welding, and materials handling.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks), and CAM programming.
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls, PLCs, CNC programming languages, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers accurately.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, stamping, assembly line operations, and packaging.
- Experience with factory safety standards and quality control procedures.
