You will be responsible for receiving product, shipping orders, and stowing/organizing inventory.If you are positive, hardworking, and looking for an opportunity to join a great team we want to hear from you!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Will perform administrative and physical duties as related to the site shipping and receiving process. Such duties include, but not limited to, data entry, generation and analysis of related records.Maintain files and records as directed for shipping and receiving as assignedLoading and unloading all incoming and outgoing packages/materialsStage and log all incoming goods in designated areaInvestigate all mystery packagesEnsure signatures are taken from Duly Departmental staff after delivering a packageEnsure inventory logs of IUD/ Expired Medications are accurate and current daily and weeklyAssist Duly Departmental staff on a daily basis regarding shipping/receiving mailing operationsSkills & Abilities:Data entry and office operation experience with general composing of typed documents. The ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Ability to orally present information in one-on-one and small group situations to management and other employeesAbility to properly add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formFlexibility to handle multiple assignments simultaneouslyBe able to maintain regular and punctual attendance and maintain positive interaction with other individualsMust act with sense of urgency and be able to energize others when necessary to work the same to achieve organizational goals/objectivesComplete daily, weekly, monthly reports as required and track savings for the department as necessary.Qualifications:Shipping and Receiving experience working with related tools, computer equipment, and processes desired but not requiredFork Lift Certification/experience desired but not requiredExperience in Microsoft office productsMust have excellent oral and written communication skillsOMG, LLC reserves the right to revise and alter this job description as needed.OMG, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
