Accounting Assistant
Job Summary: The primary responsibility of the accounting assistant is to perform diversified financial and administrative activities as they apply to the accounting functions of OnSite Dealer Solutions.
Pay:

Responsibilities:
- Reconcile credit card statements and input any data related to company credit cards
- Assist in entering account receivable checks
- Receive/track/process all information related to individual expense reports
- Track insurance claims on damages and code appropriately
- Handle site performance reviews
- Assist in site custom invoicing
- Track midweek/weekly reports
- Export data from invoicing system and import into Quickbooks
- Manage positive pay
Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED-equivalent experience may substitute for education.
- One year of experience in accounting/bookkeeping
- Professional, well-developed interpersonal and communication skills necessary
- Strong organizational, prioritization and verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient at PC accounting, Microsoft Word and Excel
The position requires a significant level of interpersonal skills. A significant degree of tact and diplomacy is necessary.
This position requires a high level of discretion due to handling sensitive information regarding our accounting and other benefit program expenses.
