Job Overview
Join our team as a Construction Worker. We are seeking skilled Equipment Operators and labors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, dozers, and skid steers. As an Equipment Operator, you will play a crucial role in various projects, particularly in construction sites. Knowledge of septic installation and repair is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing and leveling the work area to set the stage for construction activities
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work site by removing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety standards and quality expectations
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment.
- Ensure equipment is in good working condition by performing regular maintenance checks.
- Safely transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operating varying sizes of excavators, dozer skid steer and other heavy machinery.
- Familiarity with construction site operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
