Soldering Assembler
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to the following):
· Candidates must have extensive on-the-job training and knowledge of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole Technology (THT).
· Responsibilities include assembly and soldering, with an emphasis on component identification and understanding component polarity markings.
· Proficiency in soldering under a microscope is required.
· Applicants must be able to interpret assembly drawings and related documentation fully.
· Dependability and flexibility in various job assignments are essential.
· Familiarity with IPC-610 and J-STD-001 standards is preferred.
· Experience with the hand placement of SMT parts on solder paste to assist the SMT Machine Department is an advantage.
Qualifications:
· A High School Diploma or its equivalent is required.
· At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or soldering environment is necessary.
· Candidates must be detail-oriented.
· Must be willing to perform various job-related tasks.
