About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales team in their day-to-day operations. This is an entry-level, fully on-site position — perfect for someone who is eager to learn the business from the ground up and grow within a sales-driven company.
No prior experience is required. We will train you. What we do need is someone reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to roll up their sleeves.
This is not a remote position and not a data analyst role. It is an operational support role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and keeping things moving.

What You Will Do
- Support the daily operations of the sales team — scheduling, coordination, and follow-up
- Help track sales activity and keep records organized and up to date
- Prepare basic reports and summaries to help the sales managers stay on top of results
- Manage sales documentation, contracts, and records accurately
- Coordinate between the sales team and other departments (logistics, customer service, finance)
- Assist in onboarding new sales team members
- Help identify and flag issues in day-to-day processes so they can be resolved quickly
