Experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician

OnPoint is an established commercial refrigeration service company serving long-term customers across Central PA including restaurants, schools, hospitals, universities, and senior care facilities.
We are looking for a highly experienced technician who takes pride in diagnosing problems correctly and doing things the right way, the first time.

What Your Job Will Look Like
- Service commercial refrigeration equipment
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
- Perform maintenance and system repairs
- Work independently at customer locations, including communication with on-site client contacts
- Maintain clear service documentation
What Your First Week Will Look Like
- Ride with an experienced technician to learn routes and customers
- Work on walk-ins, reach-ins, and commercial refrigeration systems
- Typical day includes 2–4 service calls
- Time will be given to set up your vehicle and become comfortable with our process.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with commercial refrigeration systems
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver's license and EPA
