Job Summary

Duties
- Accurately prepare, submit, and follow up on medical claims to insurance providers.
- Resolve claim denials and discrepancies with an analytical and problem-solving approach.
- Process payments, adjustments, and write-offs while maintaining precise financial records.
- Review patient accounts for accuracy, ensure proper coding, and verify insurance coverage.
- Collaborate with other departments to address billing-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Generate financial and billing reports for management as needed.
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality of patient information
