Responsibilities:
Affiliate Marketing:
- Develop and manage relationships with affiliate partners to drive high-quality traffic and conversions
- Implement and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to maximize revenue and ROI
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commission structures, and incentive programs
- Identify and build relationships with influencers aligned with the brand and target audience
- Collaborate with influencers to create engaging, authentic content that aligns with marketing objectives
- Manage influencer partnerships, contracts, and campaign timelines
- Measure and analyze the impact of influencer campaigns, providing insights for future initiatives
- Develop comprehensive affiliate and influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate affiliate and influencer strategies with broader marketing efforts
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns
- Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or a related role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, affiliate platforms, and influencer marketing tools
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
- Certifications in affiliate marketing or influencer marketing
- Experience working in e-commerce or a similar industry
