Job Summary:
As an Affiliate Marketing Associate you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the affiliate marketing team. Your role will focus on prospecting, managing relationships with affiliates, optimizing campaigns, and assisting with the overall execution of the affiliate marketing strategy. You will work closely with the Senior Operations Director and Financial & Data Operations Associate to ensure smooth communication and performance tracking while gaining valuable experience in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Relationship Management:
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and communication with new affiliates.
- Maintain regular contact with affiliates to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to be successful.
- Respond to affiliate inquiries promptly and provide excellent support.
- Campaign Management:
- Help monitor and track affiliate campaigns, ensuring they align with company goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials to affiliates.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and report on affiliate performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversions, and commissions).
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to the Senior Operations Director
- Assist in identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that affiliates adhere to program guidelines and terms.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure that affiliate marketing practices are ethical and compliant with regulations.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the tech team to troubleshoot technical issues related to affiliate tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing is a must
- Analytical skills with a keen eye for data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Basic understanding of affiliate networks, tracking systems, and performance metrics (a plus).
