About The Role
As Assistant Director, you'll be the right-hand support to our Campus Director and Educational Leader - working together to create a positive, nurturing, and high-performing environment for children, families, and educators alike.
You'll Take The Lead In

About You
You're a confident, team-oriented professional who knows how to balance fun and focus. You'll bring:
🌿 A Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher)
🌿 2–3 years of leadership experience in an early learning setting
🌿 Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF & CSS
🌿 A supportive and proactive leadership style
🌿 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
🌿 A full-time, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for what you do!
