About Our Charlemont Campus
At Charlemont, my campus is beginning a brand-new story. I arrive in the Geelong region, at a new purpose-built campus on Batten Road with six rooms, new resources and a big outdoor yard made for children like me. Everything is being shaped with care from the start.
I can learn in spaces for nursery, toddler and kindergarten children, with room to move, wonder and belong. New routines, friendships and traditions can grow here. This is a place where my ideas can be noticed from the beginning and my confidence can grow with the community.

About The Role
I need a teacher who sees learning in my play.
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will lead high-quality teaching, plan curriculum, document progress, partner with families and mentor educators. Your work will be guided by the EYLF, NQF, Australian Professional Standards for Teachers and OAC Grow Curriculum.
What You'll Do
I need to feel safe before I can learn, play and grow.
At OAC, child safety comes first. There is zero tolerance for child abuse and harm. Everyone who joins the team must help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive place where children have a voice, feel safe, and are valued and respected.

- An approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
- Teacher registration or accreditation, where required.
- At least three years' experience in early childhood.
- Understanding of the EYLF, NQF, child development and inclusive practice.
- Experience mentoring or supporting colleagues.
- Strong communication, documentation and reflection skills.
- A Working with Children Check and relevant clearance.
