The base salary range for this role is $280,000 to $320,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.

- Directing and supervising the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality departments of our Global Operations team.
- Overseeing the planning and execution of production schedules to meet customer demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Optimizing our Global Supply Chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.
- Maintaining a strong focus on quality management and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Creating and executing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience leading Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality in a similar manufacturing environment
- Expertise in driving process improvement and operational excellence
- 5 years in a global VP role
- Bachelor of Science degree preferred, other degrees and commensurate experience considered
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
