Graphic Designer & GoHighLevel VA

We’re a Melbourne-based organisation working across music, creative arts and disability. We’re looking for a reliable VA with professional graphic design skills and practical GoHighLevel experience.

We will provide the campaign direction, ideas, copy and brand guidelines. You will turn them into polished visual content and help deliver campaigns across social media, web and email .

The Role Is Approximately

• 60% graphic design and content creation
• 30% campaign delivery and GoHighLevel
• 10% customer support and administration
  
  

What you’ll do

• Create branded posts, carousels, stories, reels, flyers and short-form videos
• Produce design-forward content relevant to music, youth and contemporary culture
• Manage the content calendar and schedule approved content
• Build and test GHL funnels, forms, pipelines, workflows and email campaigns
• Assist with landing pages and website updates in GHL and WordPress/Elementor
• Set up UTM tracking, report on results and recommend improvements
• Assist with approved outreach, onboarding, invoicing and administration
  
  

All public content and customer communications require approval before being posted or sent.

What you’ll need

• A strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography and visual design skills
• Strong Figma or Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Advanced Canva skills for efficient content and template production
• Social media design and short-form video experience
• Practical GoHighLevel experience
• Strong English, organisation and attention to detail
  
  

Experience with WordPress, Elementor, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, GA4, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel is an advantage.

Hours

• Part-time: 20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• 10 am–2 p ---------- lbourne time
• TimeProof is required
• Hours and pay may grow based on performance and business needs
