About The Role
We're a DTC e-commerce business looking for someone who can produce high-volume, high-quality AI creative for Meta ads and our website. This is a performance role — your work is judged by what it does in the ad account, not by how it looks in isolation.
You'll own creative production end to end: statics first, video shortly after. We move fast, test a lot, and kill what doesn't work. If you like seeing your creative go live within days and getting real data back on it, this is a good fit.
How you're rewarded: on top of your base rate, every winning creative you produce earns a bonus. The more winners you deliver, the more you earn. This is a role that grows as we grow — as the business scales, so does the scope and the money.
What you'll do
Produce AI-generated statics for Meta ads across multiple angles and hooks — high volume, fast turnaround
Create and edit AI video content for paid social as we scale beyond statics
Edit and refine raw and AI-generated footage into finished ads — cuts, pacing, captions, sound, motion
Build on-site creative: product imagery, landing page visuals, lifestyle content
Research competitor creative and category trends, and bring angles to us rather than waiting to be briefed
Iterate quickly on feedback and performance data — winners get scaled, losers get cut
Maintain a consistent premium brand aesthetic across everything you produce
What we need from you
Non-negotiable
Demonstrable experience creating AI content for Meta ads — statics and video
Strong editing skills — video editing and image/photo editing, with the software proficiency to back it up
A working AI stack you know inside out — image generation, video generation, avatars/voice, and LLMs
A portfolio you can share (please don't apply without one)
DTC / e-commerce background — you understand direct response, not just pretty pictures
Fluent written and spoken English
Reliable and disciplined — you hit deadlines without chasing
