What are the responsibilities and job description for the Freight Broker position at Online Transport?
We are hiring a Freight Broker.
You Will:
- Build a book of Business
- Sell and Close New Shippers
- Utilize sales tools to assist you in your day to day
- Work internally with team members to ensure that your business is growing
- Navigate and track the entire shipment process
- Develop Carrier Relationships to assist in your business
- Make outbound calls daily to multiple prospects to build your business
- Coordinate RFPs and Credit Requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing them with solutions that fit their business needs.
- Be in a culture where we reward and celebrate individual and team success.
- Maximize relationships and Negotiate with Carriers to move freight
