AI Project Manager

We're a fast-moving financial technology firm based in Delray Beach building AI-powered software products — including a real-time market intelligence platform and a brokerage. Our development team operates offshore, and we need a sharp, organized operator in our office who can own day-to-day execution and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is not a remote box on an org chart. You'll work directly with the founder, have real visibility into every project, and be the connective tissue between business strategy and engineering output.

• Run daily standups with our offshore dev team and deliver clear written summaries to leadership
• Translate business requirements into well-scoped developer tickets with acceptance criteria
• Own the project management tool — keep it clean, current, and actionable
• QA deliverables and flag when work is off-spec, behind, or technically unsound
• Proactively surface blockers before they become problems
• Serve as the in-office point of contact for all active development workstreams

• >2 years of experience managing technical or software projects
• Enough technical fluency to push back on engineers intelligently — you don't need to code, but you need to understand when something is off
• Experience working with offshore or distributed development teams
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools, SaaS products, or fintech environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication — you'll report directly to the founder daily
• High accountability, low ego, and a bias toward action

This role begins with a paid 2-week evaluation period. You'll work live on real projects alongside our team. Candidates who demonstrate clear results and strong communication will be brought on full-time at competitive compensation.
