Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking events
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining client records, and following up on leads
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, explaining policy options, and assisting with claims or benefits administration
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards, including HIPAA privacy requirements when handling sensitive information
