As an Aflac Agent, you’ll work directly with business owners and decision-makers to help them offer voluntary benefits that employees truly value. You’ll be supported with training, mentorship, and a structured development path — no prior insurance experience required.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with local businesses to educate them on Aflac’s voluntary benefit solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business owners and HR contacts
- Help employees understand their benefits options through clear, professional presentations
- Manage your own schedule while consistently working toward personal and team goals
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
- Grow a book of business that can provide long-term income potential
