Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical leader.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers.
- Drive long-term technical strategy and vision.
- Collaborate with product management and leadership to define product roadmaps.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 12 years of software development experience.
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages .
- Extensive experience with software development methodologies.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of database systems.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms.
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience integrating AI tools, frameworks, and concepts into the software development process .
