Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, Develop, Test, and Deploy solutions using Onit’s platform as per client’s requirements.
- Work simultaneously on multiple projects within the stipulated deadlines.
- Create & modify custom business processes/workflows using Onit platform & applications.
- Work as individual contributor and with teammates in India and overseas.
- Participate in brainstorming discussion to build enterprise solutions for the customer.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of any of the coding languages Java/python/.net framework.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Thorough knowledge on SQL, RDBMS and fundamental database concepts.
- Relational Database experience - designing database schemas, working with multiple tables.
- An ideal candidate should have done projects using any ETL tool.
- Excellent time management, ability to effectively prioritize, multitask and execute tasks in line with business objectives.
- Attention to details, diligent in problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- Thrive working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, with minimal oversight and direction.
- Must be a team player and should be able to work with diverse teams locally and globally
Preferred skills:
- 0-2 years of related technical support or software implementation experience is preferred (SaaS software preferred).
- Prior experience working on Business Process automation/management tools is a plus.
- Liquid templating language experience a plus.
- Pentaho experience is a plus.
- Should be familiar with the version control tools/source code management tools.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite and general documentation proficiency.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize across several projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/E&TC, MBA IT, MSc (CS) OR equivalent.
