Minimum Qualifications
* Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including a drug screening and background check.
* Demonstrated proficiency operating material handling equipment (MHE) used within the facility.
* Proficiency operating powered warehouse equipment; clamp attachments for forklifts are excluded.
* Basic math skills, including the ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply, divide, and quickly count inventory or materials.
* Ability to operate a handheld scanning device and efficiently navigate multiple screens and applications.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

*High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* At least 12 months of experience as a Warehouse Associate II, with a minimum of two performance reviews averaging a score of 3.5 or higher, or equivalent warehouse experience.
* Previous warehouse, distribution, or material-handling experience preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety and accuracy.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation:
* Ability to physically handle materials and safely operate warehouse equipment.
* Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
* Ability to frequently twist, stoop, squat, crouch, and reach above shoulder level.
* Ability to safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
* Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks while maintaining proper safety procedures.
