Ōnin Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Louisville, MS. You will be responsible for building complex wire harnesses and electrical assemblies that support the automotive, defense, and industrial industries. If you enjoy working with your hands, following technical blueprints, and maintaining high-quality standards, we want to hear from you.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assemble wire harnesses, cables, and electrical sub-assemblies according to engineered prints and customer specifications
- Use manual and automated tools to cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires
- Apply protective looming, taping, and labeling to completed harnesses
- Perform visual inspections and continuity testing to support a zero-defect quality standard
Skills and Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex diagrams and prints
- Comfortable using hand tools, wire cutters, and crimping equipment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Previous experience in electrical assembly, manufacturing, or automotive repair is preferred, but not required — training is available for the right candidate
